hen 26-year-old Kudakwashe Ruturi discovered
some pain in his lungs, chest and back in 2013, he
didnt think much of it. The pain caused a lot of
discomfort, but there was no need to worry, as, during his initial
visits to the hospital, he was given antibiotics as treatment for
lung infection. However, the medication failed and the pain
worsened, necessitating more tests, which eventually
uncovered that he was suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis.
For years after, he battled the pain, weakness and other
disturbing symptoms that accompanied this condition. Seeking
to arise out of this depressing state, he undertook a journey of
faith to the Healing School. This is his riveting testimony of
healing and deliverance.

Kudakwashe tells his story: The reason I came to the Healing

School was because I had been diagnosed with pulmonary
tuberculosis. It all started in 2013, I was feeling some pain in my
right lungs and I decided to go to the hospital. The doctor said it
was lung infection and gave me antibiotics; I was relieved for a
while, but then the pain came back. This went on for almost a
year, and by December 2014, the pain had become so much.
The pain was consistent, and the painkillers and antibiotics I
was given were no longer working. I had to go for x-rays and CT
scans to check my chest and lungs. The tests showed that I had
pulmonary tuberculosis with three holes in my lungs.

With devastating symptoms like persistent coughing (and coughing up blood), consistent fever, excessive sweating
and unrelenting chest pain, Kudakwashe found that his life had become unbearable. With this condition, I was
always weak and I always wanted to lie down. The pain was constant, and whenever I coughed, it would be even
more painful. I couldn't eat because I had no appetite, and I also had night sweats.

Forced to live in seclusion, and with so much weighing on his mind, Kudakwashe's life began to fall apart. I shed
weight so fast my friends became worried, he reports. Whenever I went out, people would ask what was wrong
and that made me more worried. I was in my fourth year at school, but I could no longer concentrate on my studies. I
also had a part time job as a driver, but I couldn't work; the weakness made it hard for me to drive long distances.

It was emotionally draining, having to answer so many questions every time I went out, so I ended up closing myself
indoors most of the time because I didn't want many people to know what I was facing. Depression set in, as
Kudakwashe lost the will to keep fighting. He states, I was 26 and pursuing a degree, I didn't think I'd start to be sick
at this stage of my life. It seemed like there was no future anymore; I didn't think there was any need to keep going to
school, because my life was about to end. I had to stay with the pain; I couldn't sleep, or get a good night's rest. It was
terrible.

I came to the Healing School because I was HIV positive. Before then, I had resigned to living with this
sickness for the rest of my life, since there is no cure. Being at the Healing School changed my life. I thought
that my life was based on whatever God wanted; but I received divine knowledge and I got to understand
faith and how it works. I started to take charge of my life with my words. The moment I had waited for finally
came and it was time for Pastor Chris to minister to me. When he blew the healing anointing on me, I fell to
the floor and suddenly my joints were strengthened, I was strong and I could run again. All the symptoms
vanished, and when I went back for a test, the results were HIV negative. I thank God for restoring my
health.

I suffered a stroke at the young age of 22, and for 32 years after, I constantly experienced pain and
weakness in my right leg. Nothing seemed to help and there was no way to alleviate the pain. All that
changed when I came to the Healing School. With the testimonies of miracles that I had seen, I came with
expectations for a divine touch from God, and I wasn't disappointed. While I waited on the healing line for

a long time and I had severe pain in my back every day. All the medication I was given would only work for a

 Most people know you shouldn't skip breakfast, but many don't know why. You probably had your mother tell you
every morning, Eat your breakfast. It's the most important meal of the day. Well, the notion that breakfast is an
all-important meal isn't just a parental device to get children to eat, it is actually true.

The body 'fasts' every night, and after about 12 hours without food, you need to replenish your energy supply.
The term 'breakfast' is used because this is the first meal after the long night hours. It is essential to ensure you
have breakfast every day, below are some of the benefits of breakfasting:

Breakfasters are smarter. People who eat breakfast are more likely to do better in school or at work; hunger
can be distracting, so the level of concentration is higher when you are well fed. Thus, your mind is sharper
and you are better at problem-solving.

Breakfasters are happier. Generally, most people who skip breakfast tend to be cranky and uptight in the
mornings. Food boosts feelings of wellbeing and makes you happier, particularly when the food is high in
carbohydrates.

Breakfasters are healthier. Especially for children, skipping breakfast may cause deficiencies in nutrients
such as iron, fiber, calcium, potassium and vitamin D. Also, people who eat breakfast are less likely to be
overweight or obese as they are more likely to participate in physical activities and less likely to stock up on
junk food. Little wonder most dieticians and weight-loss experts advocate the importance of breakfast.

While any breakfast is better than no breakfast, it is important to keep your breakfast choices healthy. In order to
get the most nutritional value and a daily healthy start, there are a variety of food groups you should pay
attention to while preparing the ideal breakfast, these include:

Carbohydrates/fiber (whole-grain cereals, breads and muffins, brown rice, whole-grain fruits)
protein (low-fat or non-fat dairy products, lean meats, eggs, nuts [including nut butters], seeds and
cooked beans)
vitamins (fruits and vegetables)

Although it is generally accepted that breakfast is important, many still skip the meal, either because they sleep
and wake up late; or because they think it will keep them slim; or there simply isn't time to prepare breakfast
every morning. The following are tips that will help you get set for breakfast every day, even when you're in a
hurry:

Adhering to the simple code of the breakfast rule is one easy but vital step towards overall better health for your

made unto salvation (Romans 10:10).

The word 'confess' as used in the opening scripture means 'to speak the same things in consent with God.
It originates from the Greek word 'homologia', which means speaking the same thing in consent. That
means you are saying the same thing in agreement with what God has said. That's true confession. It has
nothing to do with confessing your sins to God like some folks think. God says if thou shalt confess
with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the
dead, thou shall be saved (Romans 10:9). That's the principle for salvation.

This is not just talking about being saved from sin or from the devil; it's talking about being saved from all
negative influences and circumstances of life. So, when you say Jesus is Lord over your life, you're also
saying He's Lord over your money and, therefore, you can never be broke in your life! You're saying He's
Lord over your body, therefore, you'll never be sick or diseased. You're also declaring that He's your
shepherd, and it is impossible for you to lack! You're saying what God has said concerning you in His Word
that's true confession. Salvation is an all-encompassing word that refers to preservation, soundness,
divine health, protection, prosperity and all the good things that the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus
Christ have obtained for every child of God.

Determine today to live the good life of success and victory that has been made available to you through
Christ. Speak God's Word concerning your health, job, finances, family and everything that is connected
to you.

CONFESSION
The divine health of God is at work in me. The Word of God rejuvenates my body and strengthens me.
Every cell of my blood, every bone of my body and every fiber of my being is energized by the same Spirit
that raised Jesus from the dead. By the Word, I am made whole; fortified against sickness, disease and
infirmity. I am daily preserved by the Word of God.

My body belongs to God and I use it for His glory. I declare that my whole being is sanctified and profitable
for divine use. I'm a new creation in Christ; the old man that was susceptible to sickness is dead. This new
man is the healed of God.

The indestructible life of God is inside of me; its in my bones, in my blood and in every part of me.
Therefore, I cannot be sick; I live in divine health continually. The One Who lives in me is greater than he
that lives in the world! I am superior to sickness, lack, poverty or disease.

My health flourishes on a daily basis because the healing power of Jesus Christ continually works in me. I
do not get sick; no infirmity can thrive in my body because the greater one lives in me. Hallelujah!

God's Word is producing what it talks about in my life. There is nothing missing or lacking in me; I am filled
with the fullness of God and there is no place for sickness and disease in my body. The Word of God is
medicine to my flesh; therefore, no infirmity can thrive in my body, in Jesus' name. Amen.
