This RENT AGREEMENT is executed on the 06th day of June 2017, between Mr. A.

ABDUL
RAFEEK son of late Janab Hajee P.A. Abdul Bari I.F.S, residing at House No- A-110, SIDCO Housing unit
Phase -2, Coimbatore -641021, Coimbatore Corporation, Coimbatore Taluk( herein after called LESSOR
which terms shall mean and include her heirs, legal representatives, successors and Assigns of the First
part)

Mr. M.IMRAN KHAN son of E. Musthak, residing at House No: 11, Ground floor, Raju Nagar Min
Nagar Extension, Kuniyamuthur, Coimbatore -641008, Coimbatore Corporation, Coimbatore
Taluk( herein after called LESSEE which expression shall where the context so admits is deemed to
include its respective heirs, executors, administrators , legal representatives and Assigns of the Second
Part )

LESSOR LESSEE
Whereas the LESSEE has taken the property which is mentioned in the schedule hereunder on Rent.

Whereas the LESSER has let out the property described hereunder to the LESSEE for Rent and this
Rental Agreement has been execute for a period of 12 months commencing from 6 th of June 2017.

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESS AS FOLLOWS:-

1. That the agreed rent of the premises shall be Rs.6500/-(Rupees Six Thousand Five Hundred
only), which is to be paid on monthly basis.
2. That the LESSEE is hereby paying Rs.40, 000/-(Rupees Forty Thousand only) as advanced which is
free of interest and the same will be duly refunded to the LESSEE at the time of vacating the
premises.
3. The LESSEE shall keep the premises in Good Repair and shall Delivery the possession back to
LESSOR in good condition on termination of this agreement or on the time of vacating the
premises.
4. The LESSOR building owner will be liable to pay all the TAXES associated with the property. The
LESSEE shall pay Electricity Consumptions Charges.
5. The period of this Lease will be 12 months and same can be renewed for the further period on
mutual consent of the parties.
6. The Rent, termination of the agreement and all other process will be based on the on only
English Calendar.
7. The LESSEE shall not make any alteration to the permanent structure of the premises without
the prior written consent of the LESSOR and not allow any subset.
8. One Month Advance notice to be advised by both LESSEE and LESSOR before vacating the
premises within the validity of this agreement.
9. To keep and maintain the demised property in good condition and restore possession of the
same to the LESSOR on the termination of the agreement or at the time of vacating the
premises in good condition as its now, subjected to only to reasonable wear and tear.

Thus we both agree and sign this agreement below and said witnesses.

Coimbatore-641008, Raju Nagar Min Nagar Extension, Ground Floor, House No: 11, Situated with
2BHK R.C.C Building with electricity service connection its wiring and fittings, latrine and bathroom
etc there to..
