Main Features
Main carrier - Function, caracteristics und mining model:
The Universa 50 is a diesel-driven, versatile utility vehicle offered as desired with fixed cassettes or cassette sys-
tems. The articulated vehicle is design for rough mining and tunneling conditions. All vehicles can be equipped
with different water-cooled diesel engines. Further details are all-wheel drive, articulated oscillation and drivers
stand complied with ROPS/FOPS. The robust and compact vehicle convinces by its low turning radius and can
thus be used in extremely narrow and curvy galleries.
The drivers stand is ergonomically designed and equipped with a 90 turning seat for easy reversing. Another
seat for the co-driver is also installed. If the turning seat function is forgone, another co-drivers seat can be as-
sembled.
All daily maintenance works can be conducted fast and easily from one side of the vehicle.
Flexibility Cassette system:
We offer our clients a variety of cassettes as for example concrete mixer (transmixer, agitator), anfo chargers or
platforms with crane. The quick-change system consists of a hydraulic lifting frame which changes the cassettes
within 5 10 minutes. This feature lets the operator conduct works flexibly and economically with one basis vehi-
cle.
Apart from standard cassettes also cassettes for customers requirements are offered.

CONCRETE MIXER: CASSETTE SKIP

The Concrete mixer is hydrostatically driven by the Skip volume: 6,5m SAE
Diesel engine, system remixer, to be loaded from the Reinforced body for mining purposes with double ac-
