BOOKING CONDITIONS:

Rates are valid for with 60 - 90 days upon receiving the quotation due to
constant peak season rate variation.
Clients should provide 5 option dates of departures to have
options/comparison for the lowest surcharge rate for billing

Strictly no refund. Departure dates will be confirmed and all details are
provided
Preferred Departure dates with Holidays, Festivals, Events and
Conventions may have Highest surcharge rates for both Hotel & Airline.
Surcharge is subject to change from time to time not until booking is
finalized and payment is settled.
ATC allows 1 year validity of voucher upon purchase
Strictly no refund departure dates will be confirmed and all details are
provided
Marketing fee of 15% for this deal.
Surcharge rate depends on the preferred date of Departure
Once the Airline ticket is confirmed, any changes or amendments are
subject to change on cost or may lead to penalties depending on the rate
of the confirmed ticket.
As a strict requirement, clients should email their passport photo pages
for accurate name and passport details to prevent any error on the
Airline ticket and hotel vouchers.
 Company policy: 3 days before departure, Final ticket/s of the traveler/
travelers will be issued. The client/s will also receive a call from our
agent regarding the booking & things to do. Your Purchased voucher
serves as a proof of your booking. No worries for the part of the
voucher holder, every conversation & confirmation of reservation of
your travel are on the Email thread with Flight schedule, Hotel
Preference and Tour Itinerary & details.
All bookings are subject to advance reservation and Airline seat
availability.
In case of force majeure eg. Emergency, accident, storm, rally, typhoon
etc which are beyond our control, we will not be liable to any
surcharges / penalties imposed by the hotel and other suppliers.
Booking certificate is issued to the client as a guarantee that we will be
providing the tour as what the client have paid for. In any case the 3rd
party supplier fails to provide the commitment of Travel arrangement,
the purchased vouchers will be converted to a travel fund of the client
for re route, re scheduling or any travel arrangement equivalent or
with minimal cost penalties or add ons in part for the client.
Minimum 2 PAX rate quotation
Additional Participants after the confirmation will shoulder the
additional regular fare for Hotel rate based on the date of their booking.
The start of processing your booking for travel, is when the agency
receives the final submission of confirmed participants with passport
scanned photo page & 5 option dates of Departure.
