Recommendations for Professional Growth:


Dwayne is encouraged to continue his professional growth in Special Education and Religious
Education. He is also encouraged to continue his professional growth in 21st century learning
including inquiry based teaching, formative assessment and the continued use of technology as a
tool for teaching/learning and assessment.

Additional Comments (Optional)


Dwayne has been an integral part of the Technology Department in our school. He is a caring and
professional teacher. Dwayne has also given of his time and efforts catering for many school activities
and events. He is also a Breakfast Club supervisor and a coach for the school cricket team. Dwayne
has made many positive relationships with the staff and students at Father Michael Goetz Secondary
School.
Dwayne is also continuing professional development through an Advanced Teacher Training Program
(Eco Source) through York University and also by completing his Technology Honours Specialist.
