In the first day which is the end of May 2017, the temperature was cool around
28-21C (2). The wind was blowing northward.
At all the outdoor location the measurement are seldom high, with only at the
intersection producing 117 ppm at 9.45 and then continue to become zero. This VOC 16 June 2017 (in ppm)
is quite likely because of the cool breeze dispersing concentration of VOC in the a
outside. 700
Significant odor level could be seen inside Tau building, with the workshop room 600
produce over 640 ppm of VOC especially when its windows closed. VOC could 500

occur and concentrated because of type of materials inside buildings which 400
release gaseous molecules from their liquid or solid form. Opened windows 300

causes it to disperse.

In the second day 16 June 2017 temperature was 28-19 C.
0
The first two timed measurement produces high concentration of VOC especially
in the afternoon with average score of 485 ppm. This situation may occured f (a) c
because of the stagnant air without wind.
The 15.45 timed measurement produce lower VOC levels and it is quite likely
because of the breeze already dispersing some of the concentration of VOC gas. 9.45
The air conditioner in Tau Building also contribute a lot to the decreasing of VOC 12.45
gas indoor. e d
Research did not produce enough evidence that bad odor could be measured by 15.45
this method and tools.
