CANDIDATE REFLECTIONS:

1. Briefly describe the field experience. What did you learn about technology facilitation and
leadership from completing this field experience?
During this field experience, I created an online unit. This online unit consisted of six different
modules. Within these modules were standards, learning tasks, technology requirements,
communication, expectations, etc. that were built among my online teaching preference.

2. How did this learning relate to the knowledge (what must you know), skills (what must you
be able to do) and dispositions (attitudes, beliefs, enthusiasm) required of a technology
facilitator or technology leader? (Refer to the standards you selected in Part I. Use the
language of the PSC standards in your answer and reflect on all 3knowledge, skills, and
dispositions.)
I used my knowledge, skills and dispositions that I learned to develop, model, and facilitate the
use of online and blended learning, digital content, and learning networks to support and extend
student learning and expand opportunities and choices for professional learning for teachers and
administrators.
I used knowledge, skills, and dispositions to model and facilitate the use of digital tools and
resources to support diverse student needs, enhance cultural understanding, and increase global
awareness.

3. Describe how this field experience impacted school improvement, faculty development or
student learning at your school. How can the impact be assessed?
This field experience will impact student learning at Center by using my knowledge and skills to
assist students who are on hospital homebound. Our school system needs an online component for
those students are who are able to attend school on a daily basis.
