This procedure is prepared for guiding all of T1501 piping lifting and INSTALLATION .After installing
T1501,than lifting T1501S pipes.When installing pipe may be referred to <<method statement for A/G
pipe erection work>>, so this procedure is main for lifting T1510S pipes.

2. SCOPE OF WORK

T1501s pipes include A12-PG-150431-A2A5-NIA12-PZ-150773-A2AQ-HCA12-PG-150503-

A2AP-HCA12-PL-150432-A2AQ-NIA12-PL-150419-A2AP-HC-01A12-PL-150375-A2AP-HC-
01 A12-PL-150424-A2AP-HC A12-PL-150427-01-A2FV A12-PL-150343-01-A2AP A12-PL-
150422-01-A2AP A12-PG-150431-A2A5-NI

Because A12-PG-150431-A2A2-NI line is the biggest diameter , most hevey ,highest in all other
lines,so this procedure main part is lifting this line,others is easy the same this line to lift.

Working crew shall mainly be organized by skilled and experienced personnel as shown in the organization
chart as follow: please see attachment 1

The install sequence:first lifting big diameter pipe line than small;first lifting higher position pipe line than
lower;first lifting heavy pipe line than light,first lifting inside position pipe line than outside(east orientation is
inside ),first installing pipe support than pipe,first pre-fabricationg pipe on the ground than install .this procedure is
lifting the completely pipe line (A12-PG-150431-A2A5-NI),the pipe lines weight is about 22T,diameter is 48
inch,the install length is about 56m,from pipe top to bottom ,details please see attachment 2.Finish lifting this
line,than lifting other lines.

Pipes are pre-fabrication on the ground,where are pipes placed ,please see attachment 3.

All pipe support should be installed prior to lifting thi pipe,especially on the T1501 bodys pipe support must be
installed before lifting.The top platform of T1501 should be installed befor lifting pipe.

When lifting pipe line A12-PG-150431-A2A5-NI, scaffolding from the top platform of T1501,in order to assistant
safety work in high air.All pipe line should most be pre-fabricationg on the ground,in order to reduce work in high
air,when work must be in high air,scaffolding or temporary platform is used to assistant installing work.

This procedure is only thinked about lifting which elevation is to HPP133838,below HPP133838 is structure and
platform,all pipes are easy to install.

Binding method is used when lifting pipe line,binding point is the gravity point.where is the gravity point of the
pipe line,please see attachment 2.

It recommended that the structure of North of T1501 cant be installed before installing the pipe line,after installing
the pipe line A12-PG-150431 ,the structure is agreed to be installed,due to the structure is affect to lifting the pipe
line.

6. LIFTING STUDY

This procedure is one time lifting on the right position when A12-PG-150431-A2A5-NI is completely pre-
fabrication on the grond.So lifting study is about to total lift the pipe line,other pipe line are light,small,lower etc,if
use the same crane lifting them,it is very easier than this pipe line.please see attachment 4 :lifting study.

7. HSE

7.1 All workers involved in this project must wear proper PPE.

7.2 AS Warning board or sign must be installed in dangerous area.

7.3 Special workers such as welders, electrician etc. must have required certificates.

7.4 Different type of pressure bottles must be stored separately under shelter with correct secure accessories.
Distance between different kinds of gas bottles shall not be less than 5m. Distance between oxygen bottle,

acetylene bottle and flare shall be over 10m. And acetylene bottle must be placed vertically.

7.5 Construction power and electrical tools and equipment must be arranged according to specification. At least
2 grounding points to be installed for steel platform, cable for welding must be check in period and replace
damaged portion.

7.6 During lifting, operator of cranes and riggers must have good coordination, and operators shall operate crane
in command of signal from riggers. Riggers shall signal operator with gesture and whist. And operator can
reject unclear signal from rigger. Lifting area must be barricaded, and keep persons not involve in lifting
away. Signalman shall wear the HIVIZ vest.

7.7 During lifting, it is forbidden to stay or walk under suspended area.

7.8 During lifting, speed of taking up and lowing lifted piece shall be smooth. Swing of boom shall be smooth,
and reverse action cannot be done while swing not stopped. It is forbidden to let lift hook with load fall
down freely. Use tag lines to control load.

7.9 Tools and accessories must be put in bags for elevation work. It is forbidden to throw object from high place.

7.10 Lifting study and permit to work must be approved by TPC prior to lifting work.
