Greetings Mrs. Ruth Johnson,

I AM, Rice; Myron Charles, real Man, the Holder in Due Course of Registered, Birth Certificate
and Assumed Name Certificate, respectively. The attached Registered Foreign Affidavit and
documents of owner's possession of the Certificate Of Title is Surrendering the "Certificate of
Title" of Private (Automobile) for the Constitutional Claim of Rights to Sojourner/Travel in
vehicle upon the public highways and streets. This presented for the Secretary of State to cancel,
revoke or suspend their department registration of the vehicle MCO Title issued jurisdiction.
When the "Certificate of Title" is surrendered under these statutes above the Secretary of State, the
issued jurisdiction, shall release to the possession owner of another foreign Certificate of Title of
another jurisdiction the vehicle control.
I AM giving notice the Sojourner and Vehicle be place on a Do Not Detain List The Foreign
Estate found no UCC or Statues stating, what is given to possession owner for private sojourner on
day to day vehicle operation after surrender, without registration or original certificate of title, per
MCL 257.216(b).
Give your notice to the sojourner/traveler acknowledgement of its private automobile new status,
not to be stopped by the corporate traffic officers.
No response or rebuttal within 15 days, upon returned receipt to this letter and affidavit gives
approval in law of this surrendering by UCC and Statues of new status. Any response requires law
under penalty of perjury.
