Florist Contract

_____________________________ (hereafter "Client") and ____________________________

(hereafter "Florist") hereby agree to the following:

The Florist agrees to supply flowers for all floral arrangements for Gabi ng Parangal on 21st of
June, 2017. The Florist will supply the flowers to CAP Building, Camp John Hay no later
than 10:00am on the 21st of June, 2017, at which point the service will be considered fulfilled.
The Client is responsible for all responsibilities after delivery.

The Client has requested the following floral arrangements:

Centerpieces:
56 pcs. Floral Arrangements @ PHP 200.00PHP 11,200.00
56 pcs. Floral Stand Rental@ PHP 60.00...PHP 3,360.00
168 pcs. Tea light Candles @10.00...PHP 1,680.00

Round Flowers:
6 pcs. Round Floral Arrangements @ PHP 300.00.PHP 1,800.00

Flat and Low Lights:

8 pcs Flat and Low Floral Arrangements @ 500.00..PHP 4,000.00

Grand Total: PHP 22,040.00

The Client will pay PHP 11,020.00 (50 %) as down payment for products and services rendered
and PHP 11,020.00 (50 %) upon delivery.

The Florist will get the floral stand after the said event and provide official receipt after receiving
the remaining payment.

In witness to their agreement to the terms of this contract, the parties affix their signatures
