PLEA AGREEMENT

Dana J. Boente, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia and Laura

Fong and Kellen S. Dwyer, Assistant United States Attorneys; the defendant, Alexander

Tverdokhlebov; and the defendant's counsel have entered into an agreement pursuant to Rule 11

of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. The terms of the agreement are as follows:

1. Offense and Maximum Penalties

The defendant agrees to pleadguilty to Count One of the Indictment charging him with

Wire Fraud, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1343. The maximum penalties

for this offense is 30 years of imprisonment; a fine of $1,000,000; restitution and forfeiture; a

special assessment; and 5 years of supervised release. The defendant understands that this

supervised release term is in addition to any prison term tlie defendant may receive, and that a

violation of a term of supervised release could result in tlie defendant being returned to prison for

the full term of supervised release.
