Mental training: systematic training and long-term mental skills, which allows athletes to
achieve peak performance during special events such as sports competitions

respeto y calidez entre entrenador y deportista. Las modalidades de liderazgo que al
menos dependen en parte de la consideracin son democrticas, igualitarias, muestran
orientacin por parte del empleado y recurren a la motivacin de las relaciones.
