AUTOBIOGRAPHY

I am Zainurrafiqi. I was born in April 24th 1984 in Sumenep, East Java, Indonesia. I
am the Single child. The background of my family is farmer.
My first formal education was in 1988 in Karduluk, when I was four years old.
Two years later I continued in an Elementary School in a small village, I graduated from
elementary school in 1997. In 1998 I Stayed and continued my study in Islamic boarding
school in Sumenep city. I finished my Junior High School on 2001 and Senior High School
on 2004. In 2004 I continued to study Diploma III at Department of Accounting, State of
Polytechnic Malang and graduated on 2007, my research was The Implementation of
Economic Value Added (EVA) as Measurement Tools of Financial Performance. In 2008
I continued to study Bachelor at Faculty of Business Administrative Science, Brawijaya
University and graduated on 20011, my research was Analysis the Effect of Service
Excellence on Customer Satisfaction.
After I finished study in University of Brawijaya, I got scholarship to continue
Master Program from Ministry of Culture and Education, Republic of Indonesia. I was
very exciting to hear that. The scholarship name was Double Degree. A two years study
program which in Indonesia and overseas. At the first (2011) year, I studied in University
of Bawijaya and majored in Marketing Management at Faculty of Business Administrative
Science and I finished my study on 2012, my research was The Effect of Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) on Customer Satisfaction and Its Impact Toward
Customer Loyalty. One year later I continue study in Taiwan. I study in one of the
prestigious and biggest university in Taiwan, namely National Pingtung University of
Science and Technology (NPUST), Department of Business Administration, majored in
Marketing Management and I finished my study on 2013, my research was Exploring the
Antecedents of Customer Satisfaction: an Integrated Research Framework for Banks in
Malang City, Indonesia as an Example. And also in the same year I got award the best
conference of journal publication from National Pingtung University of Science and
Technology (NPUST), Department of Business Administration with the title of Exploring
the Antecedents of Customer Satisfaction: Analysis the Effect of Customer Relationship
Management (CRM), Innovation Capability, Corporate Image, Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) and Ethical Behavior on Customer Satisfaction and Customer
Loyalty. In 2013, I got a Double Degree the Master of Science from both universities. In
Taiwan, I got not only the academic science but also the experience of a new culture in my
life. It was very valuable in my life.
Now, I am working as a Lecturer in the Madura University, the prestigious
university in Pamekasan, East Java. I am happy to work there because I can share my
knowledge to the students. I want to be a Greatest Lecture in Business Administration.
Therefore, I have plant to continue Ph.D. program to study about Business Administrative
Science. I hope my dream will come true by continuing study in Taiwan again. I prefer
Taiwan because it is good country for studying and life, safe and the people is very
friendly.
