2 x M3 Screws / washers and 15mm distance rollers for mounting PCB

Flat cable 40 pin (1m) or, even better Flat cable 10 pin (around 4m) for separate harnesses
2 x 40 pin Flat cable press on connector
Connection cable for power (0.14mm), maybe with interconnect and PSK connector to mainboard J28/J29 (2pin)
USB A-B cable 1m. Cut B end and solder directly into J2
20 Panasonic AV4404 switches (Conrad: 702267) also available from DigiKey
20 Turnigy TGY-50090M servos with metal gear, modified, available at www.hobbyking.com
Some cable ties
PIC programmer to program U1 (e.g. PICKIT3) with a short extension cable to connect to J1
