Purpose statement:

To ensure smooth plan, source, and delivery operation of RRE’s products and
services to meet market demand as per company objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Establish integrated planning process (S&OP) for ensuring smooth sourcing and
delivery of products and services to meet customer demand.
2. Source existing and new products in a most competitive manner, meeting the
required deadline
3. Ensure supply and delivery of raw and finished products and services at a
competitive cost.
4. Maintain optimum stock/inventory of local and imported raw materials, finished
products.
5. Establish and maintain a smooth logistics support service for delivery of products
6. Ensure internal and external compliance in line with QMS
7. Ensure warranty issues/claims are handled in an efficient manner
8. Keep close liaison with the supplier and customer for smooth operation
9. Develop core team and motivated work force for smooth operation
10. Develop and maintain effective flow of information to track the development in the
relevant field

Contextuel/ Information

I. Contexte / Environnent:

Rahimafrooz Renewable Energy Limited is a pioneering company in renewable


energy sector. It has its dominance in the Solar Home System. Company wants to
give adequate focus on its supply chain activities for better availability of products
and services. The incumbent will be responsible for setting up and implementing all
program and activities relevant to the position in close collaboration with line
managers.
II. Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Education : B.Sc. Engg, or Business Graduate preferably in finance or in other


discipline.

Knowledge: Knowledge S&OP process, VAT, transport management

Skills : Communication, Interpersonal, Analytical and Negotiation skills

Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain/distribution/logistics.

Personal Qualities/ Attributes:

External: Financial Institutions, Vendor and suppliers of raw material, C&F agents,
transport company, Customs & VAT authority.
