THIS IS WILDLY INACCURATE.

Directly from the back cover of the book, which I have in my hand:

technologies, including software, hardware, telecommunications (covering the Internet and
the World Wide Web), information, biotechnology, and multimedia. This book provides

"Cause the competition to respond, and note their actions. Seek to get them to reveal their
approach, so that you can understand what their intended market is. Challenge them in
several areas, seeing where they are weak and where they are strong."

"Take advantage of the competition' blind spots, enter the market by ways they don't
expect, penetrate areas where they are weak."

In short, Webster provides perfectly valid suggestions for modern software developers. It's
a gem and a steal for less than a grande latte.
