recent CSA Con-
ference held in Nassau. June 5-10th.
The theme of the Conference was Culture and Knowl-
edge Economies: The Future of Caribbean Develop-
ment? with the Plenary Session topic of Activist Inter-
ventions: Working on the Front Line, chaired by CSA
President Keithley Woolward (right) with other panelists
(left to right) Dr Rita Pratt of the Bahamas African Heri-
tage Museum; Malaika Brooks-Smith from Groundation
Grenada; and Diana Hamilton from the Cat Island Accor-
