TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE HOUSE RENTAL

These terms and conditions clarify the Owners obligations to the Renter, and the
Renters obligations to the Owner.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions lands between the following two
parties. The rental applicant and the property owner.

1. Reservations will be confirmed by the owner once the full payment has
been received. Guests are not allowed to occupy or stay as long they want.
2. The property will have been inspected prior to occupation and therefore
the Renter undertakes to :
Notify the owner immediately with regards to any damage on
maintenance issues that require attention
Keep the room in good condition.
3. All persons listed on this agreement will be bound by the terms and
conditions. Occupancy of the property is restricted to those names listed on
the agreement. The rental applicant is considered to be the lead renter and
will assume full responsibility for all members of the family, through the
rental period. Information and instructions relating to this rental will be
communicated to the rental applicant only and not to any third party
member of the group.
4. The Owner is not liable nor will refund for any stoppage of electrical and
water services cause by not paying the bills. Extreme weather floods,
changes in water level conditions, neighboring properties, nuisance
neighboring and damage caused by natural element such as flying insect,
cockroach, mosquitos, rats and any animal polluters.
5. The Occupants/ Renters arrival/ transfer are the Renters due date. To start
on ___________ every _____ day of the month is the Renters due date.
Security deposit shall maintain until Renter leave the premises or the
agreement is terminated.
 6. No pets allowed. The monthly rate of the house rental is amounting
____________________ pesos per month.
