3 Delivery Schedule

4 Conditions of Acceptance
To test run and commission the water treatment plant, suitable capacity quality smell
regeneration time, and prepare all document required below.
To provide training for the factory personels on the operation of the water treatment plant.

4.1 Used Language

All documents, drawings for this Project to be prepared in English.

4.2 The Documents to be submitted after the Contract is made.

6 Confidentiality
The content of requisition and drawings cannot be disclosed to any third party without
prior written approval from MBL.
Any information related to the project and other information shall not be disclosed to any
third party without acceptance/approval of MBL.
Strictly obey the regulation of non-disclosure of any personal, customers, technical as
well as any invention information to be shared by MBL and do not disclosed to any third
party.
Prepare and conclude a Confidential Agreement.
