About my University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh Life

The main aim for going to University is to get an academic qualification, but personally, I think
that the social side of things and developing as a person are equally significant. Four year's
university life can change a persons characteristic very much. In the last three years, I have gained
lots in different aspects from University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh in this essay, I am glad to
share how my university life is in these few years.

My first-year University Life Started from 22th September Fall Semester 2013 and It was my 1st
semester. Basically,1st Semester ULAB policy provided 9 credits offered Three Subjects. My First
Class was Introduction to Computer Studies and Basic English in Campus A. My CSE 101 class
started 10.00 am to 11.20 am and My University life first teacher was Assistant Professor Mr.
Arnob Zahid. My First day was very enjoyable and I introduced myself to my class mates. I find
out a very few boys those are very friendly and cooperative. Second day, I was another class (BUS
101) Introduction to Business. I learned of academic discipline from 1st Semester.
Quiz-1, Midterm Exam, Quiz-2, Assignment, Presentation and Final Exam this steeps I faced and
I did complete me 1st Semester.

2nd Semester I took Four subjects. They are Principles of Accounts, Mathematics for Business
Decisions, Bangladesh Studies and Fundamentals of English-I. ULAB have 21 Clubs. I Joined
Business Club and Co-curriculum activities.

3rd Semester Subjects were Introduction to Micro Economics, Introduction to Finance, Bangla
Language and Literature and Fundamentals of English-II. I did complete my First-Year University
successfully and enjoyed campus premises and environment

Second year University Life was totally different from First year life. Because, I was involved
Business Club Activities and others Co-curriculum as well. Such as Program Volunteer services,
to arrange Study tour, and so on.

4th Semester, I acquired Principles of Management, Business Statistics-I, World Civilization and
Introduction to Macro Economics Courses. On that period campus gave me more opportunities to
learned new things.

5th Semester, I spent my time very desperately. Cause I was sick and could not give attention
properly. Business Statistics-II, Principles of Marketing, International Relations and Business
Communication those courses I took appropriately.

6th Semester was very fantastic and enjoyable. This semester I took Organization Behavior,
Aesthetics of Film, Financial Accounting, Business and Legal Behavior. I worked Akij Food and
Beverage Ltd into Head of HRM for One Week for Study purpose. Dr. Tabassum Zaman was
Aesthetics of Film course instructor and she gave him to idea around movies, Film and Directors.
I enjoyed a lot from this semester.
Third Year was Totally different from others academics years and significant time as well my life.

7th I took four courses. Courses are Human Resources Management, Financial Management,
Marketing Management and Global Political Economy. This semester I trained Leadership
Grooming and Open Street Mapping. And A special day for my life on this semester. University
send me a mail to attend a seminar to take on our Concentration and Minor in BBA Program and
I took Concentration BBA in Finance and Minor Media studies and Journalism.

8th Semester, I started my Concentration and Minor journey properly. I took four courses including
Corporate Finance, Management Information System & E- Commerce, International Business and.
I did successfully complete my Concertation courses.

9th Semester, Again I joined a new Born Nutrition and Well Club and I elected an Organization
Secretary mentor. Nobel Literature Professor Dr. Mohammad Younus Came our campus and I
joined a seminar and enjoyed that moment. My courses were Financial Markets and Institutions,
Research Methodology, Communication and Culture and Writing for Fill and Television. And I
enjoyed a lot.

Final Year is one of the most significant time in every students life. This time I am very busy
looking forward to my career and network as glowing.

10th Semester, I started 24 September to till now. I am completing my International Financial

Management, Banking and Insurance, Communication and Culture, Development
Communication. I am very much excited cause next semester is my University life last semester.
Already 11th courses are offered in this semester. Courses are Security Analysis and Investment
Portfolio, Taxation, Strategic Management and Strategic Public Relations.

I never ever forget my University Life. University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh give a huge
opportunity and I learned world class Co-curriculums activities. Only One University is
Bangladesh who practice Liberal Arts. I am proud of my University life and so lucky to attend this
journey. University is a part and parcels in my Life.
