AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF HOUSE AND LOT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT I, Donna Grace Casuga, of legal age, married to Jan Konztantin Aspiras, a
resident of Balili, Km. 4, La Trinidad, Benguet, hereinafter known as the BAILOR, and Leanne
Noelle Mallari, also of legal age, single, a resident of Pico, La Trinidad, Benguet and
hereinafter known as the BAILEE, do hereby agree and state:

1. That the BAILOR is the owner of a certain House and Lot

located in Km. 3, La Trinidad, Benguet.

2. That the BAILOR hereby agrees to allow the BAILEE to use the House
and Lot for free.

3. That the term of use is two (2) years from the

institution of this contract or it may be extended by the
BAILOR.

4. That the House and Lot shall be return to the BAILOR after the agreed term
of use.

5. That the BAILEE shall maintain the same in good condition.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affix our signature this 10th Day of March
2016, at, La Trinidad, Benguet.

HOUSE AND LOT situated at Municipality of.
