As a development professional, I have a rich and varied background of 12 years experience in project design, management,
coordination, and implementation both in emergency and long term development in different geographical settings. Moreover,
I am skilled in stakeholder coordination, policy development, action research, feasibility study and strategic analysis. I believe
my qualifications are very well matched to make an immediate and positive contribution to your organizations operations.

In Bangladesh, which is considered as one of the most natural disaster prone countries, I have built experience in multi-
sectoral innovative programming specially food security & livelihoods, WASH and disaster management. Based on solid
experience of Bangladesh, I was assigned South Sudan as Programme Manager to manage the biggest food security &
livelihood, emergency response and youth development project in the most conflict prone states. My current position as
Senior Manager to coordinate all development programmes of BRAC Nepal, has given me opportunity to implement BRAC's
largest integrated development programme in the inaccessible mountainous areas.

Apart from operational skill, I always contributed to the development of organizational strategy, as well as policies, beyond my
sectoral role. Moreover, my strong portfolio consisted of different projects funded by bilateral donors and UN agencies and
gained strong knowledge of fund management, donor reporting, project monitoring, and coordination.

Being a solid team player with emergency context experience, I can not only work to tight deadlines, in diverse social contexts,
but am also confident in dealing with unexpected problems, exploring opportunities, and moving forward with can-do attitude.
