Caldereta Recipe:

1 kg Goat or Beef Meat


1 whole onion
2 whole garlic
2 liver spread
1 big tomato sauce
1 big can of green peas
bottle of olives
bottle of pickles
5 whole potatoes
2 cans of vienna sausage
cheese

How to cook:

Put the goat or beef meat into a pressure cooker until the meat softens
When the meat is soft enough, saut it together with the onions and garlic
Put the liver spread and mix it
Put the tomato sauce and after it boils put the green peas and put it into boil before the olives
and pickles be mixed
Put the potatoes into a steam and let it boil until it softens. When it is soft, mix it together with
the vienna sausage and let it boil
Finally, put the cheese and let it boil to make the sauce thick
