OBJECTIVES
1. To determine the factors that decides the consumers interest towards the purchase of
disposable crockery vis-a-vis traditional crockery items.
2. To determine the stages of evaluation a consumer goes through before the purchase of
crockery items vis--vis traditional and disposable.
3. To determine how the consumer perception has changed vis-a-vis disposable crockery
across different consumer segments and across the years.
4. To find out how the external environment affect the consumers decision regarding the
purchase of disposable crockery.
METHODOLOGY
1. Screening of consumer sample based on demographics, geography and culture for in-
depth interview.
2. In-depth interviews to determine the consumers preference and past-experience.
This will include gleaning information from the consumer with respect to our objective
and the consumers outlook on it.
3. Analysis of findings and recommendations.

EXPECTED OUTCOME
1. Factors determining consumer buying decision of disposable crockery
2. The points parity and differentiation that a consumer feels from the point of view of
disposable crockery vis--vis traditional crockery.
3. The consumers evaluation criteria and steps he/she follows while making the purchase
decision.
4. The external environments influence on consumers buying decision.
5. Consumer perception regarding disposable crockery vis-a-vis traditional crockery across
different customer segments.
