MOTION TO SET FOR ARRAIGNMENT

Accused xxxxxxx, assisted by the undersigned counsel

only to this motion and unto this Honorable Court, most
respectfully moves for SETTING OF ARRAIGNMENT and in
support thereof respectfully states:

1. That on July 15, 2016, he was charged with the above

entitled case;

2. That on March 24, 2017, the prayer of the accused for

reduction of bail was granted and reduced from Two
Hundred Thousand Pesos to One Hundred Thousand
Pesos but his family is still finding resources for the
amount of reduced bail. Hence, he is still in jail;

3. That the accused is not yet arraigned since the time he

was arrested;

4. That he most respectfully requests that his case be set

for arraignment;

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, accused respectfully prays that the

arraignment of his case be set on June 1, 2017 at 8:30 in the
morning.

OTHER RELIEFS, just and equitable under the premises, are
