Executive - power to enforce and administer laws

President - natural born,registered voter,able to read and write,at least 40 years
of age ON THE DAY OF THE ELECTION, resident of Phils for at least 10 years
immediately preceding such election
(qualifications may not be reduced or increased by COngress)
expressio unius est exclusio alterius
qualification for right of suffrage does NOT require literacy.
Election is every second monday of May.
SC is the sole judge of all contests relating to the election, returns and
qualifications of the President and Vice President.
in case of vacancy of VP, president shall nominate from Senate or HR then voted
upon by both houses in majority.
VACANCIES IN THE PRESIDENCY:
DEATH/DISABILITY/REMOVAL/RESIGNATION - VP shall become P
FAILURE TO ELECT PRESIDENT; FAILURE TO QUALIFY - VP as ACTING President only
