You will need:

800-900 gr. tomato sauce

1 onion (or less, depends how you like it)
800 gr minced meat
Olive oil
700gr mozzarella
A lot of parmisan
1 pack Lasagnas pasta (better to use the Barilla ones or in general
the ones that you only need to put in the oven, without pre-cooking
in the water)
Basil

1) Put in a big pot a bit of olive oil and micro-cutted onions and start
cooking for a couple minutes, then add the minced meat. Stir it
while cooking for 2-3 minutes then when it becomes white-ish add
the tomato sauce with basil and salt. Since its a lot of tomato dont
be afraid to salt it enough.

2) Leave it cooking, check it and stir it every 10-15 minutes to

ensure its not burning, maybe taste it. When it starts becoming of
darker color and less watery (around 1 hour more or less) its okay

3) cut the mozzarella in small cubes

4) when the sauce is ready, start assembling the lasagna like this:

a) first some tomato sauce on the form, to prevent it from

sticking
b) add one layer of lasagnas and put on it: tomato, mozzarella,
parmisan (a lot of everything)
c) put another layer of lasagnas and repeat for 3-4 layers
(depending on the height of the form and how much stuff you have)
d) on the last layer just put tomato and parmesan ( a lot)
without mozzarella.

Put a lot of sauce in between the layers and of top so it doesnt get
too dry.

5) Pre-heat the oven at 180-190 for 10 minutes and then put the
lasagna inside (use the up+down+fan mode on the oven if it has it)
and leave it cook. It should be for around 20 minutes or so,
depending on the oven. Check it until it becomes darker/a little little
little bit burned. You can also check the inside with a fork to see if
the mozzarella has melted.
In the end you can put the grill mode on top for 2-3 minutes with
higher C (200-210) to make it crunchy on the top.

6) SERVE AND ENJOY :) :)
