Course Description This course deals with the understanding of content and nature of national Service Training Program
that contribute the general welfare and the betterment of life for the members of the community or
enhancement of its facilities especially those devoted to improving health, education, safety,
recreation and morale of the citizenry and the protection. This course centers on the discussions of
topics and current issues underlying the different dimensions of development which will give them
hints on possible projects to be implemented that might address the prevailing problems of
community.

Vision An institution responsible in the education, formation and training of competent technical professionals
who are contributing to a better Philippine Society and Global Community.
Mission The College of Technological Sciences - Cebu believes in and is committed to the formation of young
Filipinos and as responsive and competent individuals in the field of Science and Technology.
Institutional Outcomes The College of Technological Sciences - Cebu graduates must be able to:
1. Demonstrate technical skills and competence in an interdisciplinary fields for lifelong learning;
2. Express excellent communication skills in both verbal and non - verbal;
3. Manifest corporate social responsibility and ethical accountability towards community and
