PASSOS

1 -Preencha a eficincia do seu equipamento (padro 70%)


2 - Escolha o estilo que deseja fazer.
3 - Preencha as Metas de perfil que deseja atingir.
4 - Preencha o volume que deseja levar para a fermentao, a razo inicial gua/Mosto (padro 3), o
fator de absoro de gua do gro (padro 1), o fator de evaporao de gua na fervura (padro 10%), o
tempo de fervura (padro 1 hora) e fator de perdas (padro 4,5%)
5 - Selecione os Adjuntos que ir usar e a quantidade de cada um.
6 - Verifique a sugesto de peso total de malte e selecione os maltes que ir usar e a quantidade de
cada um tendo a sugesto como referncia.
7 - Verifique se a meta de OG foi alcanada, caso nao tenha sido, ajuste as quantidades de malte para
atingir a meta.
8 - Selecione os Lpulos que ir usar e a quantidade de cada um de forma a atingir a meta de IBU.
9 - Selecione as leveduras que ir usar e a quantidade de cada uma (existe uma sugesto de peso de
levedura seca, mas para o calculo da receita o importante a atenuao e esta sugesto s funciona que
se for inserida alguma quantidade levedura).

A Culuna "Extras" serve para vc acrescentar especiarias, frutas e etc. apenas para registro no
influenciando nos clculos.

Aps fazer a Brassagem faa a Medio da OG e do volume final efetivo levado para a fermentao e
insira na planilha. Com base nestes valores ser calculado a eficincia final da brassagem. Se aps
algumas brassagens for verificado que a eficincia calculada tem sido consistentemente diferente da
eficincia considerada recomendado alterar a eficincia considerada do equipamento.

NESTE PONTO J ESTARO ESTIMADOS OS PARMETROS DA SUA RECEITA. CASO QUEIRA AJUSTAR A
GUA E O pH SIGA OS PASSOS ABAIXO:

10 - Selecione os tipos de gua que ir usar e a quantidade de cada uma (normalmente se utiliza apenas
o tipo disponvel, mas algumas pessoas podem querer misturar gua destilada). A quantidade total de
gua deve ser igual ao total de agu utilizada indicada.
11 - Selecione a quantidade de sais e/ou cido ltico que deseja utilizar para atingir os padres
desejados. A concentrao padro de cido ltico 88%, mas possvel alterar. Caso queira utilizar malte
acidificado necessrio alterar na seleo de malte. Isso pode alterar os parmetros estimados da sua
receita o que pode lev-lo a querer voltar ao passo 6. costume ignorar isso, pois a quantidade de
malte acidificado normalmente baixa (abaixo de 300g). A concentrao padro de cido em malte
acidificado 2%, mas possvel alterar caso tenha acesso a um malte de tipo diferente.

IMPORTANTE: Os adjuntos, maltes, guas, lpulos e leveduras representam uma sugesto baseada nos
mais facilmente encontrados. Ainda sim recomendado que ao fazer as comprar para sua cerveja seja
verificado os caractersticas especficas dos produtos que se est comprando e se adcione estes produtos
comprados nas abas correspondentes. A planilha suporta at 200 tipos de cada adjunto, malte, gua,
lpulo e levedura.
