AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I,,minor, single, Filipino, and a resident of Putik, Zamboanga City,

after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose
and state that:

1. I personally know is the respondent for Violation of R.A. 9165

because we live in the same boarding house at , Zamboanga
City;

2. He is the accused for the the commission of Selling illegal

drugs but the said accusation is untrue;

3. At about 8:25 oclock in the morning, on, I was sitting outside

the gate of our boarding house together with my mother-in-law
and her daughter;

4. After a few minutes, I saw six (6) persons walking to our

direction where I identified them as policemen because I saw
them carrying guns on their side;

5. Out of curiosity, I kept looking to their direction where I saw

one (1) policemen who is having a conversation over the phone;

6. Thereafter, I went to the near our boarding to buy and Max

candies;

7. Afterwards, while Im on my way home from the store, I heard

a noise coming from our boarding house and there I saw the
policemen kicking door and forcing it to open;

8. Without any word as to why they forcibly entered the house,

they immediately look for , and seconds later, the policemen
drag outside his room;

9. They pointed a gun to him and told him to to lie on his

stomach while the other policemen began searching the room
for something. Afterwards, they brought him to the police
station;

10. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing on my own free will and volition.
