1.2 MOBILISATION PLAN SCOPE
The Contractor will appoint and maintain a Mobilization Team for the duration of the Project
until theService Commencement Date. It will be made up as a minimum of:

Project Management and Construction department to provide resource by means of

technicalsupport on engineering and construction considerations in relation to theContract; and

A Maintenance Manager to assist with resolution of any technical issues.Specifically, the

Mobilization Team will work closely with the Project Manager to effect mobilizationof the
Contract to:

provide a smooth hand-over from all existing arrangements and activities leading up to
theCommencement Date.

agree a set of activities with the client for all significant events during the mobilization period.

identify and work with activity specialists within the Contractors

organiz
ation to ensure allappropriate policies and procedures are put in place in a timely and complete
manner to ensurecompliance with all aspects of the Contract obligations. The Contractor will
provide the client withan adequate notice to existing sub-contractors where appropriate.

The Mobilization Team will be organized by workstream.
1.3.1 Project Management
Tareri Diaria
will be Project Manager of the Mobilization Team, leading the construction of
civilinfrastructural facilities project through Close of Contract, the Planning Application and
Permit Application for Service Commencement Date. He is familiar with all work streams in
the project.Edum Martins Timothy-Project Engineer will undertake the day to day project
management ofconstruction.

1.3.2 Planning and Permitting
Plan has been prepared in coordination with the HSE plan, transportation/ consolidation plan
andDust control plan.Upon authorization to proceed, mobilization activities will commence. The
construction and set-upof the primary support/staging area of the project will take place. The
west end of the site will beutilized as the primary support/staging area.The primary
support/staging area will be utilized to stage (2) excavators, (2) Bulldozers, (4)dumpers, (1)
Diesel truck and (1) Lowbed. South end will be utilized as a temporaryemployee/visitor parking
area , while the east end and the centre as an excavated impacted fillstockpile area, a material
staging area, a clean backfill stockpile area, and a stabilized constructionentrance will be
constructed.
1.3.3 Technical Team
The Technical Team will continue to be led by the Project Manager in the Project Management
andConstruction Group. The Project Engineer assists the leader by working closely with the
Project Consultant and clients representative. Maintenance Manager
-Operators Maintenanceensures that all equipments and machines are in order and is responsible
to the project Engineer.

Activities within the Mobilization Plan

1.4.1 Staff Recruitment

Recruitment of staff shall meet Nigerian Local content requirement and in synergy with
BonnyEmployment Bureau.
1.4.2 Procurement of Equipment
All procurement will be carried out in compliance with the Contractors procurement policies
andmethods
.
1.4.3 Securing Consents
