MODO DE USAR LA FICHA DE SUPERACIN ASISTIDA

Los estudiantes son los responsables de la ficha de superacin asistida y tendrn que llenar sus datos y hacerla firmar con el
educador de cada curso entregndola al inicio de cada hora; el educador evaluar tareas, actividades, conducta o alguna
evaluacin parcial (si la hubiera), y firmar en la parte inferior de la hoja en el casillero de su rea. Si en la semana tuviera dos
ms das su asignatura, usar los recuadros inferiores para firmar; as mismo, si lo consideran, anotarn en la parte posterior
alguna observacin. Los tutores o educadores, pueden solicitar la ficha para hacer el seguimiento y tambin hacer observaciones.

Los estudiantes deben recoger cada maana la ficha en las oficinas de psicologa y la devuelven igualmente en la misma oficina
al terminar clases para su supervisin. El ltimo da de la semana, los estudiantes se llevan la ficha para mostrarla y hacerla firmar
con sus padres, quienes pueden anotar algunas observaciones. La ficha firmada se devuelve el da lunes por la maana y se les
entrega la nueva ficha para la siguiente semana.
