ASSOCIATION DECLARATION

We, whose names and legal addresses are written below, have formed an Association among
ourselves, for the purpose of submitting a tender for the execution and completion of the
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx x Reference No: xxxxxxxxxxx and to perform the said Services by means of
executing a contract, which is being tendered by the xxxxxxxxx xx, and to submit the Association agreement
confirmed by Client prior to the execution of the contract, if the said Services are awarded to us, the Partner in
Charge of our Association shall be xxxxxxxxxxx , Afghanite until the completion of the contract. We
hereby declare, that if the above-mentioned contract is awarded to us as a result of acceptance of our tender,
the contract shall be signed by xxxxxxxxxxxx the Partner in Charge we have declared as our leader and
representative in all matters under contract signed by us, shall be fully authorized to incur liabilities, to
receive instructions, to accept payments and to act on behalf and for the JV account of our partnership that
each of us shall be jointly and severally responsible for performing the contract and all obligations included in
the scope of the contract and for all obligations developing upon our partnership under the contract and that
we shall not dissolve the Association established by us until the completion of the Services and that otherwise
the Client shall be free to cancel the contract, to seize our guarantees as revenue and all the correspondence
and announcements made by the Client to the Partner in Charge shall be accepted as made to the firm being
an Association and in the case that one of the partners of the joint venture, except the Partner in Charge,
dissolves from the Association due to the reasons of death, bankruptcy, condemnation or being under arrest,
prior to the completion of contractual undertaking; the Partner in Charge hereby declare, accept and guarantee
all.
