Dear Sir/ Madam,
As per the notification published by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of
India
I am at the opinion that our profession enters a new ERA from 15th July 2017
under Section 247 of companies Act 2013.

We the IIV Governing Council Members and our Eminent Valuer Members
have presented in some meetings with Ministry of Corporate Affairs and IBBI
(Insolvency Bankruptcy Board of India) our strength, our members have raised
objections to favour our members at large.
As per notified and as a requirement for setting our Valuation Professional
Organization (VPO) Regd. With the competent authority and Namely
Confederation of Engineers and Appraisersth and a board of 21 directors will be
formed out of first 100 members up to the 15 August 2017.
The Membership List will be displayed on the official website.
The Ordinary Membership Fees is Rs. 5000/- (Five Thousand Rupees) only
for first 500 Members.
