maintenance and scheduling (presently through SAP module).
Issuance of day to day work permit system for routine as well as Breakdown jobs ensuring and maintaining highest
standard of safety and creating a safe working environment.

ORGANISATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Rattanindia Power Limited, Amravati (MH) as Engineer (Electrical Project-BOP & BTG)

Key Responsibilities:-
Working in 5x270 MW Thermal Power Plant, Amravati
Accountable for :
o Erection, testing & commissioning of 33kV Bay, 33kV Overhead Line, 33/6.6kV Substation, 6.6kV Ring Main Unit
(RMU) System and LT System for Construction Power of Project
o Operation & Maintenance of above Construction Power System
o Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 6.6 KV & LT Switchgears under Electrical BOP & BTG package of Project
o Erection, Testing, commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of 11KV and LT Overhead Lines
o Erection, Testing, commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of DG sets at site ranging from 25KVA to 1250 KVA
Co-ordination with the Civil Execution for maintaining front availability for work at site
Ascertaining quality execution as per the design standards and developing project progress reports on daily basis
Coordinating with the:
o Various departments like Contracts & Commercial and Finance for billing of EPC Contractor
o CSR Department for solving the site issues
Participating in technical reviews at appropriate stages of the plant modification work and following implementation
in accordance with the Companys standards
 Handling emergency shutdown & restoring of the system within a stipulated time frame
Taking care of the commissioned equipments.
Interacting with the Local Government Bodies e.g. MSEDCL & EI. for compiling statutory requirements

Key Responsibilities:-
Responsible for Field & Desk operation of a 270 MW Unit of Thermal Power Plant.
Boiler and Turbine operation, Hot & Cold start up of Boiler & Turbine.
Handling Emergency situations of desk operation confidently & continuously monitor parameters of desk operation.
Performance monitoring of Boiler and Turbine.
Implemented Standard Operating Procedures, Equipment Lockout Tag out procedures of power plant as per
international standardization of organization.
Performing the function of troubleshooting and breakdown/preventive/corrective maintenance for reducing
downtime to minimum.
Maintenance management software package like SAP.
