Subject: Modification of the Firmware via OTA (On the Air) or USB
stick.
Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer.

Symptom: 1) Added the Distribution Standby (HEOS ON) feature: The

firmware supported
to the streaming feature of Legacy Source (The sources other than network:
Ex. CD source etc.) to other HEOS devices when the AV receiver was in the
state of the standby.
2) Modifying of music streaming service name (LOGO display of TV UI): The
firmware supported service name changes from Amazon Music to Amazon
Unlimited.
3) Added the software for new music service (JUKE).

Cause: 1) We modified the firmware for the adding the Distribution Standby
feature.
2) The AmazonMusic modified the specification.
3) We modified the firmware for corresponding the new music service.

Solution: We corrected the firmware so that no malfunction occurs.

METHOD OF UPDATE the firmware via USB stick:
We will supply the following program files for updating the subject models in
SDI.
Please refer to the Service Manual for updating.
Time necessary for update: approximately 20 min.
