1. What is Event? Events Planning?

Event - an important occasion that gather specific people for special reason.

Event Planning the process of managing a project such as a meeting, convention,

tradeshow, ceremony, (link is external) team building activity, party, or convention.

It involves studying the brand, identifying it's target audience, devising the event

concept, and coordinating the technical aspects before actually launching the event

The process of planning and coordinating the event is usually referred to as event

planning and which can include budgeting, scheduling, site selection, acquiring

necessary permits, coordinating transportation and parking, arranging for speakers or

entertainers, arranging decor, event security, catering, coordinating with third party

vendors, and emergency plans.

3. Do reflection why events planning is important.

Events planning is a must in order for the event planner to come up with a good set up of event.

It would help the event planner to have a good quality of event. It helps in terms of; (1)

budgeting, having sponsors for the event and what kind of sponsor is the event planner offering.

To determine what are the expenses and accounts receivable. Also, to ensure that there will be no

wasted money. (2) dcor and design, to come up with a good theme, how it relates the event in

terms of colors, lights, decoration in order to have a good and spectacular ambiance. (3)

entertainers and speakers, to make a meaningful and qualified people who can speak confidently

and can share good ideas, thoughts, and showmanship that is related to the theme of the event.
There are many more reasons why events planning is so important. It is where the event planner

can review all the details that is needed and included in the event.

4. Why events vendor backing is important?

Events vendor backing is important so that in case the event planner encounters a problem, they

could still solve it and put the event into a good condition. Also, it is important because it serves

as the back-up plan in case there is missing or forgot to include in the event planner.
