Concrete batching plant equipped with DNA 3.0 horizontal twin shaft mixer, consisting of mixing unit easy and
quick to install and of one in-line aggregate storage and dosing unit with the following features:

Hourly production of concrete calculated according to continuous mixing cycles using the following formula: sand
900 kg/m, fine gravel 450 kg/m, medium gravel 450 kg/m, cement 300 kg/m, water 150 l/m, additive 6 l/m;

Standard equipment
1 Modular aggregates storage and batching unit "MAS 4" with 4 compartments, complete with:
- aggregates containing panels with 120 m capacity (width for each compartment 3500 mm)
- 4 + 4 cone dosing cones driven by 4 + 4 electro-pneumatic cylinders
- 2 electric vibrators for sand cones
- 2 electric vibrators on weigher hopper under the sand cones
- weigher hopper complete with CE-certified weighing system using 4 x 15000 kg. load cells and digital indicator in
the electrical panel
- extracting belt 1000 mm wide, capacity 720 m/h, power 22 kW, 3 plies, complete with polyurethane scraper,
safety ropes, CE safety grids
Mixing unit portal, galvanized, comprised of 2 fixed legs and 2 rotating legs to facilitate work site assembly; access
ladder and service level complete with railings. Front and side entrance for truck mixers.
Horizontal twin shaft mixer DNA 3.0, load capacity 4500 l, yield in vibrated concrete 3000 l per cycle, complete with:
- 2 mixing motors 2 x 55 kW coupled and synchronized
- mixing tank covered with replaceable cast iron sheets
- replaceable mixing arms boled with shells on the axes
- cast iron mixing paddles
- mixer cover with inspection windows, safety limit switch with mechanical lock, pre-set for automatic washing
- automatic greasing of supports for mixer shafts
- adjustable limit stop for progressive splitting of concrete opening discharge
- electro-hydraulic concrete discharge with 1.5 KW motor
- manual emergency pump to open the concrete discharge hatch
Concrete discharge cone with replaceable wear-resistant internal coating made with steel panels boled to the
hopper with vulcanized material. Wear-resistant rubber layer 10 mm thick. Para rubber sleeve for loading the
cement mixer truck.
1 System for measuring moisture in sand using 2 capacitive probes for measuring the content of water in the sand
dosed for each cycle.
3 Cartridge dust filter on top of the silo, counter-current air cleaning, filtering surface 25 m, diameter 800 mm,
complete with pneumatic and electrical part
The technician will only be sent once assembly will be completed, just for the STARTUP and TRAINING
activities. At your charge: board and lodging of the technician for the whole period of stay
