1. The Laboratory assignment sheet with the original observation sheets.


2. Write a brief identifying the underlying theory and importance of the laboratory work in
drinking water/ wastewater treatment and a discussion (addressing the points indicated in the
assignment sheet)
3. Include references in Harvard referencing style.

Assessment criteria and marking distribution addressing Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka competencies
Value of the assessment based on the rubric provided below is 10% of the overall unit. The total assessment mark
awarded is made up of the marks awarded to each element assessed. Each item of the assessment in the rubric
