One such discovery that helped us serve humanity took place in the year 1992 when RPG Life
Science began manufacturing Azathioprine (Azoran) in-house, a gold standard drug, a molecule used
to curb rejection due to transplant in Chronic Kidney Disease patients.

Azoran is a result of precision in mixing and binding process, where the binding is done using liquid
while the powder is made into granules and put into a compressor where the machines have the
necessary lubricants that ensure that the powder is free flowing, this results into a tablet produced
in the desired shape.

RPG Life Science manufactures Tablets, Capsules and Oral formulations.

A manufacturing plant equipped with most sophisticated machinery and cutting edge technology
with an installed plant capacity of about 48 million units. A dedicated plant for manufacturing
Azoran where a relative temperature of less than 25 degree Celsius is maintained.

With the production count of 4 million units per month, we export 1 million units packed as bulk and
blisters and use 3 million units for domestic market.
