Subject: Something behind the Bowens liquidation

Dear Bowens/ Calumet Distributors,

Were very sorry to disturb you with this email, but something behind the Bowens liquidation
we want you to know and we need your help.

First of all, as employees of Bowens China, we value this 94 years brand of Bowens so much
and always work hard. We like this job and put the most effort on keeping high quality and
high efficiency all the time in the past years. We always hope that Bowens products
manufactured by us could satisfy all world-wide distributors and end customers with the best
quality and service. Going into liquidation caused each of employees deep sadness, it is not
only because were losing jobs but also because each of us have already looked at Bowens
as a family.

However, unexpectedly and harrowingly, Bowens Suzhou and all employees were suddenly
abandoned by Bowens International Limited and its shareholders (Aurelius). Weve had no
July wages, no social insurance, no updated information since Germany let us stop work 17th
July and even theyre now terminating the factory building lease contract and planning to kick
us out. All employees went to protest in the public streets and at gate of the embassy, but
unfortunately three colleagues fainted in the extremely hot days and are still in hospital.

Is this the way a Germany company treats its subsidiaries and employees? Arrogant and no
any respect? Disregard for China labor law?

Bowens UK/Calumet and the shareholder Aurelius say nothing about how theyre planning to
settle China employees, nor do they pay anything for what we deserve in legal. Were writing
to you and just let you know how ruthless Bowens shareholders (Aurelius) treats their
subsidiaries and these conscientious and diligent employees. We hope that the similar
dishonest betrayal or treatment wont happen on you or other Aurelius partners.

Finally, we have to ask you for help, please let more people know that therere the bloody
exploitations that really existed in Aurelius investment activities, and we hope any of you
could do something helpful to getting us out of the terrible situation!!!!!!
