designing), profound Knowledge of the plastics that are used in automotive sector. Good understanding of

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE ( 02 YEARS ):

Working as Automotive Product Design Engineer in AUTOCX TECHNOLOGIES since June-2014 to march
2016.
Working as CAD Design Engineer in DC DESIGN PVT LTD since April-2016.
Job Description: Design and Development of Automotive Interior/Exterior products considering the
aspects of Industrial and Client standards, and implementation of GD&T.
CAD Tool: CATIA V5 R21.
PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handling part modeling, assembly & detailed drawing with GD&T using Catia V5.
Initiating steps to reduce scrap
Taking corrective measures based on Feedback.
Effectively developed standardization of design submitted to customer & manufacturing drawing
which resulted in manufacturing design less tedious.
Detailed study of the concept design made as per the Client requirement (A Surface).
B surface is made offset from the given A-Surface.
Carrying out Draft Analysis with given tooling direction and create a better tool-direction.
Create a close surface with C Surface using certain operations and clearing Draft Analysis.
Generating Close Body from the Closed Surfaces and performing Draft Analysis on it to clear
Tooling Direction and create a Parting Element.
Developing Engineering Features with respect to Environment Data given by the client.
These Engineering features are assembled with the closed body using Boolean Operations.

A final presentation on the complete project/product is presented to the client.
