Activity In this learning lesson students will be using an online
program to show how the Earths surface is shaped
over-time. The lesson will coincide with the SOL
standards, therefore allowing the student to
comprehend Earths natural processes. Students will
use the following website,

to receive prerequisite knowledge on the assigned
imagery. During this lesson, the following topics will
be displayed and demonstrated:
Vegetations Regions rain forest, savannas,
desert, steppe, middle latitude forest, taiga,
tundra.

change.

1. Once the website

Oscillation.
2. Read the content located under Scenario.
3. Respectively, associate the content with the
assigned imagery under Scenario Images.
4. Scroll down to Sample Investigations on the right
side of the website.
5. Locate and click on the link Arctic Climate
Perspectives (Cycle B)
6. Click and watch the video provided.
7. Relate the video to the Scenarios previously read
and make connections to students real life
experiences.
