Subtopic: Construction using a straight edge and a pair of compass.

Learning Objective: Students are able to perform constructions using straight edge (ruler and set square) and compass

Learning Outcome: At the end of this lesson, student should be able to:

(i) Constructing triangles of given sides and angles when:


(a) Given the length of one side and two angles,
(b) Given the length of two sides and one angle,

with correctly.

(ii) Constructing parallel line correctly.


(iii) Perform the construction of triangles of given sides and angles and parallel line by using straight edge and
compass correctly.
(iv) Cooperation between the groups to solve the solution which is given by teacher with systematic.

Prior Knowledge: Students should know how to use a compass, ruler and straight edge and definition of parallelogram.
