Collared shirt with long pants or dark
coloured jeans
No torn jeans, mini skirts, bodycon
dresses
Comfortable sneakers
No slippers/ sandals/ high heeled
shoes (do expect a fair bit of walking)

 Things to Bring
Day 2
Sports attire for physical activities
including shoes and socks for Train for
Warriors
Personal toiletries including toothbrush,
toothpaste, comb, etc etc (towels,
shampoo and soap are provided)
Sufficient clothing according to guidelines
given in the previous slide
