Civility: Respect others PLEASE no matter what. Be polite and Smile to others. Never be Rude to anyone.
Mannerisms are extremely critical. You should not be Underdressed. Should always avoid being your
natural self in a corporate setup. Aggression, Stubbornness etc. Got to hide them. Self-Awareness is
critical.

Relationship Building: Inside & Outside Networking is important. As a manager, try and work for a
common cause with you team. Always thank your team whenever you can. The journey is important, more
than the milestone.

Conscientious: Doing your duty well. Being thorough and have an eye for detail always in your work. Helps
in avoid reworks etc.

Integrity: Always do the right thing for Your Team, Your Project & Your Organisation. Dont have a narrow
mind but a very broad mindset.

Listen: A very important quality. You get to learn new things, new experiences. Listen to words and
actions.

Lead: Passion is contagious. Take responsibility. The moment you walk in to the room, your energy should
fill the room entirely.

The crux of life: Keep Learning, Keep Growing, but never forget that there is someone waiting for you
