CREATING A TEST
What are some factors to consider when testing a skill?
STEP 2 - Create a TEST that can be used to evaluate the your selected skill.
STEP 3 Using your test, conduct PRE-TESTS to gauge your skill level.
STEP 5 At the conclusion of your training program, conduct POST-TESTS to assess how
successful (or not) your training program has been.
STEP 1 SKILL SELECTION
Identify ONE tennis skill you would like to improve to help enhance your game.
WHAT?
Explain your test in detail write it as though someone else will be conducting it.
List any resources you may need to complete the test.
EXPLAIN
In full sentences, explain how your test covers each of the 4 critical components of a test.

Is your test PRACTICAL?
STEP 3 PRE-TESTING
Using your test, conduct PRE-TESTS to gauge your skill level.

Select activities that are going to target your selected skill.
Try and create tasks that require a small amount of people or can be completed solo.

WARM-UP
Create or research a warm-up that targets your selected skill.

DRILLS
Create or research 3 drills that target your selected skill.
Explain your drills in detail write it as though someone else will be conducting it.
