This letter is additional information for REF. PO# 4500007724. After we have received
said PO, our team had conducted initial inspection of the MCC panels to be worked upon on this
project. Based on our observation and assessment your circuit breakers (80AT and 160AT)
rotary handles require complete replacement due to observed cracks, missing accessories, and
worn out mechanical adaptors.
