Colleen Egan Selected as a Finalist in 18th Annual ITA CityLIGHTS Awards

Chicago, IL, August 11, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Clarity Partners' Director of People and Culture, Colleen
Egan has been selected as a finalist for Illinois Technology Association's 2017 ITA CityLIGHTS
Prominent Women in Tech Award. The ITA CityLIGHTS Awards program honors companies and
individuals whose innovation and success drive growth in the technology industry and Illinois.

After transitioning to a career in the technology and start-up space over 15 years ago, Colleen has become
an influential entrepreneur, leader and mentor in the community, with a focus on the advancement of
women in tech. Prior to joining Clarity she founded and led her own consulting practice, geared towards
assisting start-ups. Over her career, Colleen also served as a C-level executive at several companies
including 212, a design and technology firm she helped to build; Zula, the first and award-winning 3D
CGI children's series; Akoo, one of the largest digital out-of-home networks in the country; and
MyBestRX, a healthcare app she helped create.

I am deeply humbled to be selected as a finalist for the ITA Prominent Women in Tech award, said
Colleen. I have been in this space for over 15 years and it is wonderful being recognized.

The winners for each category, with the exception of the CityLIGHTS Industry Champion, are
determined by a compilation of the judges' scores and voting by the public at large. The winners will be
revealed at the ITA CityLIGHTS Awards ceremony on Thursday, September 14 at Morgan
Manufacturing in Chicago.
