Short Description :

1. issue when adding the GL2 aux server on main server:

when executing the script

/alcatel/MS/OMC_DBCF/scripts/manage_aux.sh add the following message

appeared on the console:

ERROR: the aux server <hostname> already declared as AUX

server

this error message appeared because the aux was previously

declared on the server and was present in the database

but not present in /etc/hosts file which also made the

delete from database not possible.

the problem has been handled on site (EP3a installed after declaring the
AUX WCT

so that the AUX can be stop from PMON).

It will be escalated to R&D team to see if any doc improvement is needed.

should

not have been started.

Lola processes are normally started by pmon after adding the AUX on the
main server.

So no need for correction in the generic installation documents.

Note: I was trying to stop all process of aux servers for EP3a installation
using

stop all script ( I was able to install EP3a after executing stop all from
NPO GUI

for all servers main+aux)
